Description of the change

Ability to make BluRaySupport in Internal (it will merge with Native Blu-ray support in the future):
1- It's possible to play BD ISO/RIP natively in MP with LAV Splitter (with no menu) like we can play DVD.
2- Try a fix to avoid error when scanning BD (AnyDVD thing)
3- It fix also somes other issues related to MyVideo.

From my point of view, i would like to include this in Native BD Bluray because the code is 99% equal to it.
But like we talk with Tourette before merging it, it should go in master and so it need some test.
Also this branch fix other issues for Myvideo.

On my own build i have added an option to enable or not Native BD support so like this we can't play BD natively if we don't merge both path (99% equal).

I would like to merge the change into Native BD support
