MyVideos - update DB: "movdb" => missing info? (1 Viewer)

When I use the movdb as grabbing/updating MyVideos DB, many fields are blank, like rating and description? the imdb_com works correctly.
I have tried to search for a movie with missing info directly at: http://www.movie-xml.com/ (movdb) and all information is available so why isn't it entered in the MP DB??

I hope you can help me

as example in the description field it simply says: unknown for the movie: "A home at the end of the world", but the info is available at the movie-xml site.

ok forget about this support request, i tried to use the imdb grabber and it seems to work ok.
