Re: MyWorldMap plugin v2.0.0.4beta (31-05-2010)

Nice to see this plug-in getting revamped... Will test once MPE1 is fixed for Win7 64... Thanks

Um, on my Win7 64 bit system the new MPE1 file now installs the dll and .config to C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\ not C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows

will recheck MPEI. :sorry: for the trouble

    First post updated:

    • fixed installer
    • fixed up/down/left/right arrows
    • fixed BLUE and YELLOW button to change provider/map type

If everything is confirmed to be working, only missing task is the wait cursor while loading/downloading the maps.

:D Simone, all working fine here. How about the feature to store locations (favorite list)?

    Hi Simone,
I really like your plugin and uses it for quite a while - thank you for the work.
Now I updated to MediaPortal 1.1.0 RC5 and the Black Glass 2.5.0 skin and your MyWorldMap v2.0.0.5Beta (27-06-2010).
So far everything works fine ... but in MyWorldMap the up/down/left/right arrows work only well when zoomed deeply into the map (like Zoom Modus 18 or 19).
When zoomed out (Zoom Modus less than 15) the map moves only a very little bit, which does not help much to scroll further.
So maybe this helps you in further improving your helpful plugin.

I would like some help in defining a math rule for moving. The one I used is not really good, I know :(

    Re: MyWorldMap plugin v2.0.0.5Beta (27-06-2010)

It would be nice to get a list of controls for skin-design. I made one up for the old myworldmap plugin but it did not quite work with the old one and does even worse with the new one.
I also think, that a different skin-architecture with only one or maybe two skin files would be nicer. Is that possible somehow?

Anyway, great to see this being wokrted on again and it is really a lot faster than before.

    Hi,

is it possible to view geotagged photos in this plugin, or maybe in future?

    take care
