what about making the remote, type like a mobile phone, right now it takes for ever to spell some thing whit the arrows

I think it is a MediaPortal design, and nothing to do with this plug-in.

I'd really like to see a sms style keyboard just like lkuech did for MyWorldMap

Do you have to have an Mplayer for this to work. I can view .flv file in windows media player but get and error when try to view an video in MP.

Would it be possible to change the name of this plugin? the way it shows up in the main menu does not look right. "myYouTube"

I would just call it YouTube, and if people want the "my" on it, they can turn that on\off in the MP config general settings. Then it will look and work just like the shoutcast plugin does on the main menu.

I know it is nit picky, but I like things to look good.

I just installed this program. I also have FFDShow and registered FLVsplitter.ax and added .flv as an extension. I added my youtube account and password into the config. NOW, I go into mediaportal, my plugins, youtube.fm. I choose a selection from the menu that comes up (any selection i.e. most viewed) and then NOTHING. I have nothing on the screen, just a blue overlay to the left of screen on top of MP background.
What have I done wrong??

I used to use Online Videos plugin, and now have been using myYouTube for a long time, but I so miss "Most Viewed Today" "Most Viewed This Week" "Most Viewed This Month"

I hope the next update will incorporate these categories

Hi there and thx for your great plugin.

I adapted the surface to my "Bleazle" skin.

But there are some questions still remainig:

Where can I change the standard view within the XML-file? Every time I start the plugin it begins with the list view, but I´d like to have the cover view as standard view type.

The second question is: How can I integrate a logo to the Youtube plugin? I tried it using the settings of mytetris as exsample. However, when including a logo the XML- file is not valid any more. Is it enough to add the following to the end of the youtube.xml file?

The third question is, how to download youtube clips. When I tried, it doesn´t download anything but a file with 0 kb. Is there anything wrong with youtube itself?
