Need help configuring my XPC-RC1! (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: Windows Xp Pro Sp2 Swedish
Remote: XPC-RC01 (this one: IR Remote and Receiver Reference Guide )

Hi!
I need some help configuring my XPC-RC01 remote.
Some of the buttons work, the arrows for example.

I've read that the "KeyBoard Input Plugin" could do the trick, but how do I get this to work?
(sorry for the bad english, im from sweden..)
