Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you. I folllowed the instruction for How to collect and attach log files to a support thread for the reproducible error. Here is what I did: I first followed the instruction on collect and attach log files and started the watchdog. I then started mediaportal and with my keyboard navigated to the TV section. I then clicked on the button "Channel"and then... Selected Channel #1 KEYT (USA channel 3) No picture or sound for ~ 5 minutes. Unable to move mediaportal curser. Error message poped up that said something about no signal. never started Selected Channel #5 KQED (USA 8) at 1 minute screen went black and at 1:15 the TV ON button was highligated. No picture or sound. Turned TV On button to off Selected Channel #18 TBS (USA 32) 8 seconds went by and picture and sound present. TV ON Button was highlighted Turned TV On button to off Selected Channel #37 CMDY (USA 58) TV ON button was highligated before 1 minute (didn't notice this change as I was watching for a picture). No picture or sound as of 2 minutes. Unknown error message popped up. Turned TV ON button to off Selected Channel #392? KKFXHD (USA 781) 25 sconds into it an error message said "unknown error" then disapeared. 5 minutes after selecting the channel I could not get mediaportal to respond. Needed to use control alt delete to start task manager and end mediaportal process. The watchdog then created the zip log file I also noticed that I forgot to turn off the non-US channel indexing before creating the log files but I don't think that will matter. I have attached the zip file that was created. Thanks again -S
