Need help with the SkyStar 2 (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have the SkyStar 2 and I would watch TV with that card and the media portal software. But with my settings I can't see any programm.
Can anybody help me? A easy way would be that I call you.
Does anyone is from Germany and has Skype?
Please tell me the time, I could call you and your number.
