Hi, Just finished installing my first HTPC and afetr a day playing about with mediaportal I've almost got it allw orking.
My one remaining issue (apart from trying to get the TV server working) is folders. I have a mapped network drive called v: which has a mixture of files and folders. When I first added it to media portal I could browse them all absolutely fine and play files within the folder. Now I can only see the actual files at the root and none of the folder.
Eg I have
movie1.avi
movie2.avi
movie3.iso
/tv/Planet Earth 1.avi
/movie4/part1.avi
/movie4/part2.avi
Mediaportal is now only seeing movie1.avi,movie2.avi and movie3.iso. WHen I did a full database scan it found the folders again, then after a restart they dissapeared again.
Anyone got any ideas whats causing this as its driving me nuts! I'm pretty sute I've just changed a setting somewhere but I cant see how to fix it.
