you are not alone Efros, i tried a fresh install of TinyXP which from memory you are running as well and got the same error message, it seems that RC4 and TinyXP don't like playing together , i'm currently trying to install Service Pack 2 again even tho TinyXP has that already in it, as i'm hoping there is something missing, also tried .net1.1 and the sp1 that didnt' fix it either so you probably dont' need to try and install those to get yours working, i'm almost tempted to use an older version of configuration.exe with RC4 to see if i can get it working that way.

I get the same error....
Samuel>have tried what you suggested, but same thing happens :(

And I can't configure my Hauppauhe MCDE-500 card now. Mp just hangs and goes into "not responding"... when I try (after chosing "continue" after setup gives the error)

Full error message:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system>
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Hmm maybe it's time to give MCE a try afterall... :roll:

Nope XP athlon 2500+ I think or something like it. but would like to be on xp64! I got the WMI service running by installing it in windows components, but it doesn't rid me of the problem. after installing the latest SVN it tells me that the WMI service is not available. Try applying that maybe solve your prob.
