New default database type (1 Viewer)

My other installs were 1.0.x, but this new dual-core AMD box is getting a fresh install of MP 1.1 and Streamed-MP on Win-XP-Pro32.

I'm puzzled by the new default of MySQL-5. I've never had a DB problem with my other installs that were MS-SQL (but I guess they were really that type because it was the old default).

Are we migrating away from MS-SQL these days? Have most people been using MySQL all along anyway? Hate to be so paranoid, but the DB seems pretty important.

Part of the reason is due to the new installer for the latest MS-SQL package. The team are unable to integrate the MS-SQL installer in the MP installer, this would make setting thing up initially a bit more complicated. Considering it isn't the easiest app to get going in the first place I think it would make new users even more wary of giving it a try.

Functionally I don't think there is any difference as far as MP is concerned. There may be some other reasons for requiring MySQL instead, but I'm not sure
