The team are unable to integrate the MS-SQL installer in the MP installer, this would make setting thing up initially a bit more complicated. Considering it isn't the easiest app to get going in the first place I think it would make new users even more wary of giving it a try.Functionally I don't think there is any difference as far as MP is concerned.
