Thanks for posting the new details for Caradon Hill. Sorry if I sound a dumb arse but where do I add the new frequencies? As currently when I scan Caradon hill only a few of the channels work using the default "scan for channels" option for UK - Caradon Hill in the MediaPortal TV Server configuration.

Cheers for your help

    Search for "UK.Caradon Hill.xml" and replace the text in there with that of the post above.

    Or you could just choose UK - All Regions and that will take look at every analogue channel frequency used in the UK for DTV. This will take longer though.

    Thanks for the responce, but I have now found dvbt.xml in the TuningParameters folder and updated the following section from the details above:-

    <country name="UK - Caradon Hill" offset="167">
    <carrier frequency="474000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="482000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="498000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="506000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="546000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="522000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="530000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    </country>

    But when scanning for channels I am still getting no signal found on 482167 and 546167 and a lot of channels that are listed in mediaporal are displaying no signal when selected.

    Is there anywhere that a list of the new carrier frequencies are provided since the changover? as I have not been able to get the full freeview service since the changover.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Ah, my bad. The individual xml's are in the Beta of 1.1.0, I guess you are using 1.0.2.

    Try a full UK scan, if that doesn't pick up the other channels then something is very wrong. You might want to start a new thread with your full system spec and some scanner logs.

    OK thanks for everyones feedback. I deleted all the channels and rescanned with the following carrier frequencies and I think I now have all freeview channels. :)
    That is:-

    <country name="UK - Caradon Hill" offset="167">
    <carrier frequency="474000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="482000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="498000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="506000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="546000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="522000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="530000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>
    </country>

    I now receive 62 TV channels and 26 radio channels. I am assuming that the issue with no signal found on 482167 and 546167 are possibly old carrier frequencies that can be removed from above. ie <carrier frequency="482000" bandwidth="8"></carrier> and <carrier frequency="546000" bandwidth="8"></carrier>.

    Many thanks for everyones help with this.:D

    No - they are new muxes which are not transmitting yet (482167 will be for HD, 546167 will be a new commercial mux).
