Hi.
I've got an idea for a new feature (or maybe this feature already exists and I just didn't notice). Whatever...
My situation:
- 1 HTPC with local harddrives and TV series on it.
- 1 NAS with TV series on it
- x PCs in my LAN watching TV series from the NAS
What I want to do:
- Placing a TVSeries database on the NAS, so it doesn't matter on which PC I watch an episode, the "watched" flag will be set and available on all other PCs
My problem:
- The series/episodes located on my HTPC are not available for the other PCs and for that reason I don't want to have them in the database on the NAS.
Solution:
- TVSeries uses different databases for local and removeable drives (set up NAS as removable)
Do you think, this would be a useful feature? And is it possible to realize?
