New My TVseries install (1 Viewer)

I've just installed My TVseries for the first time and overall everything is working really well. However, there are a couple of little things that are quite right.

Firstly there are a couple of shows that did not download buttons, even thought I have checked thetvdb and I there are buttons. It downloaded fanart and season banners and everything, just not buttons. Is there anyway I can force it to download these? I have left it running on the GUI for a long time and it has still not downloaded them.

Also, one of my shows downloaded the info for the wrong series. The show it downloaded the info for is Hard Knocks, but after checking thetvdb what it should have downloaded info for was Hard Knocks (2001). Is there anyway I can correct this? Preferably through the GUI.

Apart from that I love this plugin and can't wait to start using it as my main source of TV!

Right click the show inside config, or bring up context-menu (F9 or remote) in GUI and force online match to the right show. In worst case, disable the config option "auto match" as well.

Thanks, I now have that series setup and working. Do you know how I can fix my other issue where the buttons haven't downloaded for some shows? Thanks

What do u mean with buttons? Those icons that show information about the file? Such as TV-Channel, Genre, etc?

That means your skin folder did not get updated properly, check your:

C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Blue3wide\Media\TVSeries\Logos (32-bit OS)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Blue3wide\Media\TVSeries\Logos (64-bit OS)

Folder, to make sure you have all the right images in there. I'm not even sure if I have them all, but I got 241 images in there myself. If you are using a different skin then Blue3 or Blue3Wide, then verify the skins forum thread for an update.
