you have the choice between single led modules which you have to wire yourself
or the in form as the led flexband with at least 1m in length (32leds per m).

these must be new in the shop, prewired in a ladder network.

the advantage of the single pixel is that you can define the distance between each pixel yourself by the length of wire you choose.
since the sedu controller officially only controls up to 64 channels you could only use 2m of the flexband.
in my setup (37" lcd) i need about 2.3m of led flexband length which leads to 74 leds.
atmowin supports only 64 channels, but i think there is a patched version floating around in the german thread with support of more channels.
still my personal opionion is that 64 channels are sufficientt and more are out of my experience, so i can't tell you how good the software support is for more channels.

i just saw your system specs: they say you have a semperon 2800+.
might be a little weak for atmolight, since the screen capturing takes some cpu.

Exactly, my next question was the minimum system requirements for this to work!
watching some videos, we see that there is a delay between the image and the Ambilight is normal? or just the system can be the cause?

well i had a nvidia ion (overclocked atom 2x1.9ghz with nvidia 9400) and 4 channels ambilight did work, while 64 channels didn't.
now i have a athlon x2 250 and a geforce g210 for cuda-accelerated video decoding.
works fine with all possible media (bluray/hd/...) inside mediaportal.

in my setup there is no noticeable delay at all, unless you count slow fadings of colors as delay.
i have setup my ambilight that there are almost only smooth fadings between the colors, i don't really like the "flickering" color changes.
you can define the degree of a "hard" flickering change in the software, depending on your preferences.
only for extreme color changes like a complete change from a green screen to red screen i get a direct change of color on my ambilight.
and that has no delay at all.

i already posted this in the german atmolight thread, but since there are more english speaking atmolight users:

i have my atmolight configured to have leds disabled during music playback.

since updating mepo to 1.2.2 this setting does not work anymore - atmolight always switches to mp live view. logs and a screenshot of my settings are attached in my post in the german atmolight thread.

to the users, who have already updated to mepo 1.2.2 - could you please report if this setting is working correctly for you?

I have a question regarding 3D Files: As the TV uses side by side 3D Files are possibke to play - but as teh Plugin takes the whole screen the Ambilight gets false information. Is tehre a chance to add an option only to use 1/2 of the screen for calculation so the plugin is also going to work with 3D files? Maybe also with an option to switch the mod over the Menue?

Ah ... cool - and what did you change in this dll? Bzw - how to use it - I can't find any Menue?
