Nowerdays Kabel Deutschland uses new frequencys for some new HD channels.
The new frequencys will be 650 and 658 MHz.

So I updated the xml with new details.

The .xml for Hamburg and Südholstein and maybe the others should be obsolete, because Kabel Deutschland uses theese frequencys in their whole network now.
