hi guys
I am a new user of MediaPortal.
Recently I installed MediaPortal on my HTPC I built and I have some doubts
I downloaded version 1.2.0.
You can watch TV on the web with MediaPortal? I mean .. watch tv I need a TV card or is there another way to watch tv?
In the Video menu, my button to watch the trailer disappeared, how do I recover?
My htpc is also sometimes used as a games console, you can create a shortcut to the games I have installed and play without leaving the application of MediaPortal?

You can watch TV on the web with MediaPortal?

Yes. If you receive IPTV channels from your ISP then you may be able to use the built-in DVB-IP tuner to receive them. No additional hardware required. You can also watch video/TV from websites using the OnlineVideos plugin.

If you want to watch TV from DVB-T (digital terrestrial), DVB-S (satellite) or DVB-C (cable) then you need a TV card.

Maybe you had installed MyFilms or some other plugin?

No, I don't think so. You can switch to other applications using alt+enter to switch MP to windowed mode and then use your other software. After that, use alt+enter to go back to full screen.

I don't use My Films so I'm sorry I can't help you with that - somebody else can probably give you advice.

If you haven't got IP TV then you can't do it with TV Server.

You can't do it with TV Server - you need to try with OnlineVideos - that is an MP plugin for watching internet video/TV.

I install the onlinevideos plugins but i cant put him worck wid the URL i wont
I made creat new, add URL but in side the program "mediaportal v1.2.0.0" doesnt worck
what i did wrong?
This is not easy for a n00b like me...!
The URL i wont add is this:
