New User needs assistance with names and Monikers in graph edit (1 Viewer)

Hey,
I just wanted to start off by saying you guys rock for working on this and making it free base, I want to submit the information for a cheap card I got, and I am hoping to put in a laptop that I am turning into a digital picture frame/Media PC, I went through the information that was asked for, but I am not sure how I can tell which information and filters I need to include, there doesn't seem to be any clear indication of which ones were installed with the capture card I have it is a Sabrent and is Part # TV-USBST. I would appreciate any help you can provide as Media Portal is awesome, and I would love to use it on my "frame".

I really would appreciate if anybody could assist me on this, I really don't want to go to a different product to use, but if I cannot at least begin to make this work I will have to, Please again I know you are all busy, but at least let me know you have read what I put and are thinking about it, also if you have recommendations about how I can get help please feel free to let me know.
