I have a machine that I want to put all my music and videos on it and nothing else. It will not have a tv tuner. My questions:
If I intall MP on it, can I access MP from my other networked pcs and watch the videos or play the music? Will this work witha web browser?

I think youd :

Install MP on all the PCs you want to watch the videos
Share the hard drives that the videos and music are on over the network
Use those as the MP directories on each PC
