Newbie issues (1 Viewer)

Hi all, new here been searching round your forum for a couple of days to see if i could track down the problem with my media portal but cant find it.

I have 2 issues

1. if i use the revision 1.1.5 i ge an error message on startup telling me the version is too old, i am using the most current version of MP there is!

2. if i use the original skin blue wide, i cannot use the "mymusicvideos" as its all scrambled,

i presume these are both easy fixes to be honest!! and am only really bothered about the error message on startup as if i use the revision skin then my "mymusicvideos" is fine

Easy fix for your first problem. From the folder you installed MP in, go to Skins\revision and find the file references.xml. About the sixth line down you see <version>some version number</version>, change that to 0.2.3.0. That skin was updated yesterday so you might want to download the newest version of it as that should solve the problem. In the future though if you see that error message on other skins, thats the easy fix.
