I assume it would do foxtel channels, you just have to edit the tvharvest config. The file I downloaded contained a setup which I just installed over the old one and it has all the files needed.

If you are after Foxtel EPG you might find this thread interesting - I've got a working grabber that uses tvguide.org.au (legal source)...
