No access to tv-recordings after upgrade to 1.23 (1 Viewer)

Description
I have upgraded MePo to version 1.23.

After Upgrading I have recognized that all my tv-recordings are gone.
They are still in their place on the hd but not in the GUI (and database?).

I have tried the import recording feature of the tv-server configuration.
All my recordings are shonw within this list in the config tool.

If I press import, the entries out of this list disapear and the config button is diaabled then.
Then within MePo the GUI is still empty. Back in the configuration tey are in the importing-list again...

I have created logs, but for me it seams that there is nothing regarding the import within the logs.

Any ideas how I can get my recordings back in the GUi?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to 1.23
2. have a look to your tv-recordings
3.try to import them with the feature in the recording section of the tv-server config tool
4. have a look to the recording gui withoin MePo

I have solved the issue.
My recordings are stored on a network share.

To have access to the share the tv-service has to run with another user than the local system user.
After the update to 1.23 I forgot to change the user.
After the change of the user to the one which has access to the network share it was possible to import the recordings again.
