NO ATI Sound device when starting the HTPC (1 Viewer)

Though my problem isn't a specific MP problem i want to ask here cuz lots of guys has a HTPC in there living room i guess.

I got the problem that i got no Sound over HDMI when i start my HTPC, the problem is that there is no ATI sound device, i only got my Realtek SPDIF. Some days ago i got a similar problem, but then for me it helped to restart the HTPC. Now in installed the realtek drivers for using my front microphone input. After that i got no Sound device when i start the PC and restarting does not help any longer. Only unplugging and plugging the HDMI cable works and i got my ATI Sound device back, another solution is to deactivate and reactiviate the ATI Sound driver in the device manager.

But both work arounds are not very nice.

Does other guys have the same problem?

Can't help with the original problem, but if you need to restart devices, the MS 'devcon' utility - The DevCon command-line utility functions as an alternative to Device Manager - allows you to perform device manager functions from a command line, so you can trigger them from hotkeys, remote key presses, on resume from sleep etc

Yeah, thanks. I also found that. seems that devcon will be my WA to solve my problem. Hope that anybody will have an idea.
I will call the ATI Support today afternoon but i do not have much hope
