No ATSC tuners seen (MP 1.02 win 7) (1 Viewer)

I decided to do a fresh install of win 7 RC and MP 1.02
Everything went fine till I go to setup the TV Server. Config only shows my Hauppauge 1800 and 220 tuners as Analog.
Win TV and MCE see the ATSC tuners without problems and tune correctly.
But MP 1.02 will not see them. Only Analog (which no longer broadcasts in the US).
I've uninstalled and re-installed TV Server 4 times now, tried changing from the MySQL back to the MS SQL Server and no change.

Any ideas anyone?

I really don't want to go back to Vista, I have 3 other Win 7 RC installs working fine and want to make the HTPC Single-Seat Win 7 as well.

Hi, I believe the lack of Hauppauge digital support with Windows 7 is a current limitation of Mediaportal. On my setup, the digital tuner is not detected in either 1.0.2 or 1.1.0 alpha. There have been several posts with the same problem, see for example my bug report:

No developer replied to this thread, so I have no idea if it is an easy or difficult problem to solve. The turner works in both the Hauppauge WinTV app and in MCE, so hopefully the solution is relatively simple. As a work around, I am currently using Windows XP on my HTPC.
