While watching the channle if I change the volume I can hear the clicks as the volume changes so the sound is getting through to the speakers from the PC, but for some reason the PC is not playing the audio.</p><p></p><p>So this appears to be specific to the TV Server, and only for audio from the STB. I played the timeshift file in windows media player and VLC and both didn't play the audio (but hte video was fine).</p><p>2. I looked inthe nVidia decoder properties while watching (silent) TV and it did show a bit rate for audio.
