I have no audio on Channel 5 ukraine from sirius, on my dreambox works well. Channel is unscrabled.

please update to the latest version of MP/TV3 (there is a possibility your broadcaster is using LATM AAC audio stream).
Also provide logs using MPtool and finally a link to a ts-dump (http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/TS-dumps).
