No banners and fanart (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I reinstalled my mediacenter with Windows 7 yesterday.
I can't get TVSeries to work properly, it took a reinstall to make it download the episode thumbnails but I still don't get any fanart or series banners, it just doesn't download them, no error.

I enabled all options regarding the fanart and series banners and I filled in my thetvdb key

Enable debug mode inside MP-TVSeries configuration screen. Then re-run your problem scenario, so that the log file at least contains something and attach the mp-tvseries.log file to a reply.

Hmm, this seems to be the problem:

But I did fill in my API key!

Try: http://thetvdb.com/api/<apikey>/series/72227/all/en.zip manually then with the <apikey> replaced with the key you used to sign up. This key is normally not required, but it should work if you registered your own.

It works when I put my Account Identifier there...

Then you have software such as BitDefender or alike running that is not allowing MediaPortal/MP-TVSeries to contact that URI. So whitelist the programs required and enjoy your HTPC.

That's not the problem as it gets everything else from the API like episode information and episode thumbnails...
And i'm not running anything that can block such things

-Edit, seems that the log just doesn't show the api-key. It fetches the zip successfully and reads the xml. For some reason it just doesn't get the banners and fanarts...

It started working all of the sudden!
