No Card Available (1 Viewer)

I frequently get no card available when I go to watch TV. A reboot on the computer resolves the issue but that make MP very much not wife friendly.

I can post log files but I don't know which one to post.
I am running 1.2.3.0 with a pinnacle 800i card and a hauppauge pvr-150 card that is doing little right now other than acting as a way of connecting my remote
The machine is a Pentium Dual-core E5200 @ 2.5GHz and 2 Gigs of Ram.
The OS is Windows XP MCE ver 2002 with SP3 fully updated.

On a possibly unrelated note, but maybe not, my network card randomly stops working. To get it working I have to disable the card and re-enable it in 'Network Connections'

Thanks, I'll give that a try and see if that solves the problem with the TV dropping.
