It is too late to include this fix in MP 1.3a, but I think 1.3b is a very reasonable target. In case you're interested, you can track the progress of the issue here:

Even as the TV Server "lead developer" I usually don't dare to schedule the mantis issues as I view this as a team decision. In this case I'll make an exception since the fix is quite straightforward.
