is it possible that the color is not chanig after watching an episode? i do not want to have another color?

and a second question: i have only 10 series but everytime i open the plugin, he has to load all 10 thumbs again in filmstrip view. is this normal? it isnt looking really good?

Then you´ll find the properties for the line color in TVSeries.xml way down line 1398. There the colors for the different watched status are defined. You can change the respective values to your liking

You should use an editor which show the line numbers. It´s way down in the file, search for "watched".

found that line, but changing the value does not change the color

after changing a lot of values in tvseries.xml it worked finally!
