No dvb subs (1 Viewer)

I have problems with dvb subs on some channels. everything was working fine in 1.0.0 but after installing 1.0.1 i get no dvb subs on some channels like discovery hd, history hd and e-entertainment. i also had this problem with 1.0.0 and the svn versions installed over it. enabeling teletext subs also doesn't work and the settings are exactly te same as in 1.0.0

i included my logs and a screenshot of my settings so i hope some one can help me with this.
