No free card (TV card) (1 Viewer)

Hi

i just installed MediaPortal yesterday and at first it worked fine but then i went back to TV-Server configuration and made some adjustments:oops: and when I checked MediaPortal again it come up with the following message when I try to play a tv channel. No free card I guess it means no tc card free. I have tried to go back to TV-Server configuration but i can not fix it. I therefore hope you will be able to help

    You will need to post your log files to get proper support as it is impossible for someone to diagnose the problem when the only data is "it doesn't work".

    You might want to look at the Manual Control tab in the TV Server Config and see what the card is doing to make it unavailable: Manual Control - MediaPortal Wiki

    Hi Robbo100

    Please have patience with me I am a noviece within this areas for one I am not 100% I understand what you mean by log file.

    I will also thank you alot for your advice as it helped eventhoug I gave you only a few information. I just now have to figure 2 things out why the televison signal freeze afte 10 sekunds and why I can not find all the channels that my supplier make availebleto me.

    Also, fill in your user information to tell everyone on the forum what hardware / software you have on your PC (they can help better then!). Also, knowing the country you are in along with your TV supplier will help with your problem.

    Only with all the information above will anyone be able to help.
