no free cards available after resume while 1 card does recording (1 Viewer)

Hello,

every time after resume from S3 or S4 when one channel records I can't watch annother channel.

After manual restarting tv-service everything is fine.

This happened with all types of Cards, formerly a DVBSKy S952 Dual DVB-S/S2 PCIe,
actually I use a DD Cine S2 V6.

Actually I use MP 1.4.0 Release, happened also with 1.3

Delay for TV-Card detection has been set to 5 sec, no success.

Maybe anyone knows a solution

Hi,

for a long time ago, I had the same problem, that after resume my EGP grapper has catched the cards. So that no free card were available. I had added all TVs and Radio channels (was perhaps a little bit too much). I reduced to a minimum and meanwhile use intenet EGP to update the internal database an no longer the DVB-C EPG. Since this I never had this problem.

I forgot another point, it's also possible to configure MP and also PowerSheduler++ to restart MP and/or TV-Service after resume. So if you don't find a solution then you could choose this option.

In advanced tuning options ensure the setting "when card enters idle state" is changed from Paused to Stopped.

This fixed my issue.
