No HD channels found during scan on 1 west (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks,

During scanning no signal is detected for the HD transponders on 1W.

Any clue to what is wrong?

Just did a update of the satelites before scanning.

All other SD channels works fine.

I am not sure but I couldn't either I live on the west coast of Canada with Cable tv . I am thinking that to be able to access the HD you would need something to decode them from your cable company but this is just a logical guess on my part I am new to this .

I have a valid card for the provider and all SD channels gets un-scrabled.

My problem is that during the scan it says "No signal" for the MPEG-4 frequencies

Any other ideas?
