Hey guys,

I'm running MP 1.1 and the newest MyTVSeries + Maya skin version. After importing all my stuff I just can see the informations of the particular series/seasons/episodes but no images at all. So I created a account at thetvdb.com and entered my account identifier in the plugin but it didn't change anything.

The console in MyTVSeries says that there were downloaded several image files but it isn't possible to display them in the plugin neither. However, the problem isn't caused by Maya because I get the same bug when I select blue3wide.

Hope you can help me,

I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security which actually comes with an ad-blocker but I disabled the whole software and refreshed my database without success.

Disabling Kaspersky doesn't mean it stops all filtering. So add a whitelist entry.

And switch MP-TVSeries into debug mode for proper log files. Do the same with MediaPortal (General section) so that you can provide a usable mediaportal.log file as well. The problem could very easaly be related to some conflicting plugin that you have running, and that information is stored in mediaportal.log (as well as more info to debug MP-TVSeries issues).

So switch both into debug mode and add both log files as attachments.

Okay, added thetvdb.com to the whitelist, still no pictures. New log files are attached.

Go to the thumbs directoy (you can see where it is in the config/about) and check if you have 0 byte files or empty/damanged images in there. Delete them, or better delete the entire folder. Kaspersky probably return empty images instead of the real ones in an attempt to block the ads.

After deleting the directories and re-installing the plugin, I finally got my pictures. :) Thanks a lot for helping!
