No Internet: Cannot start satellite radio (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 1.3.0

Description
As mentioned in the title, whenever I don't have an internet connection starting satellite radio will fail. Is this already known?

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start MP
2) Disconnect internet
3) Start SAT radio
