As shown in the attachment, the information is available, yet the channel list seems to overlook it.

This has been a problem since I moved to TVE3, but I never got around to posting it. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Are you saying there is information in normal epg, but not in the mini menu epg.

Can you check another skin, just to be sure it is not skin related.
