I tried it, but it doesn't help.

I edit an recording-start, go to home-screen, select on top "hibernation", pc goes to hiberation ... but my pc doesn't start for the recording.

(I use Power Sheduler: start 5 min befor recording, shut down 4 min, rest is not selected)

Can anybody help me?

In my first port on top you can see my hardware list...
There is no chance to view timeshift. It is studdering very heavy.
If I use Pinnacle Media Center or Cyberlink Media Center I can view timeshift without any probs.
Why?

Thanks for helping!

Try to change those values. Set powerscheduler to wake the system up 2 minutes before recording and shutdown 4 minutes after recording.

I think the value before recording should be smaller then the other one. Perhaps this is causing a problem.

Also if you didn't install the stable patch from 07-10-2006 you should wait in the home screen until mp sends your htpc to hibernation and don't do it manually. I think there was a problem with the 0.2.0.0 release.

I installed the stable patch...

1. Sry, little mistake... 5 min befor recording and 6 min befor shut down are my settings

2. OK I try to wait for automatic shut down ... lets see

Hey thanks,

now it works... just wait to let MP shut down your system to hibernation... than wake up from hibernation works

I have another prob:

1. If I start an recording and stop it, I can't watch it... Either in MP nor in WIN XP

2. If I turn on timeshift, MP says there is no signal...??

3. Is there any chance to record directly to .mpg instead of dvr-ms?

4. I program an recording... MP starts from hibernation and start recording... but in 2-4 mins MP goes to hiberation. I also can't watch these 2-4 mins recording....

Can anyboby help me please?

Chris
