Hi Guys,

I hope you can help I have a TechniSat SkyStar USB HD DVB-S2 Digital Satellite Single tuner which works fine in ProgDVB. I am trying to get Media Portal to work however when I scan I always get no signal. I have ensured the tuner works and no other programs have locked it. I've triple checked all my settings and cant see where I am going wrong. I hope someone can please help! I've attached logs and screenshots. Please note this is only a single tuner DVB-S2 Usb Device and I am using the BDA Drivers. System Spec:

Intel I3 NUC
Windows 7 Ultimate
4GB RAM
128GB SSD
Media Portal 1.6

    Hello again

I'll get straight to the point:
    [2014-01-22 18:51:48,396] [Log ] [6 ] [INFO ] - dvb: RunGraph returns: 0x8007001F

Basically it looks like either some other software is using the tuner, or the tuner doesn't like the parameters that are being passed to it... or maybe there is some kind of tuner configuration issue.

Please could you try to set "preferred network provider" to "DVBS":
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...nfiguration/02_TV_Servers#Edit_Tuner_Settings

    ...then try to scan again.
If that doesn't work, would you be able to setup a TeamViewer connection?
