No signal in MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

Hello All

I have bought a Ciinergy HTC Stick HD, and no problems installing the driver. In the TV-Server configuration program I am able to search and find many channels, but when I start MediaPortal I get a No Signals message.
Yes, I am a complete newbie at this. I would be very happy with a few suggestions on how to solve my problem.

I am using MediaPortal 1.4.0 and my tv provider is YouSee from Denmark (DVB-C)

Does the problem only happen with certain channels, or does it happen with all channels?

I have same problem !!
But I have TBS6985 quad tuner
and I have two sat
LNB A is Hotbird 13E works fine
LNB B is Nilesat 7W it works fine when I finished the scan first time ! after I close MP
I got no Signal
But when I watch any Hotbird channel then click enter and select any Nilesat channel
I got Bar said (unable to start timeshifting)

DiSEqC is not supported with the TBS6985.

...but it won't work in MediaPortal because it is not supported in MediaPortal, which is what I said to you.
To be clear: we have to add support for each vendor's implementation of DiSEqC because there is no standard method.

Use a MP 1.4 installation and follow this instructions:

Instructions:
1. Stop TvSerive
2. Put the files I attached to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Team Mediaportal\Mediaportal Tv Server\ (don’t forget to backup the old ones )
3. Start the TvService again and hope that it works

IT solve the problem with Nilesat
But same problem now in Hotbird
some channel i get no signal or (no program/channel not found )in hotbird

try to do the channel scan again on hotbird, but as our support guidelines tell you: no logs no help, we don't have a glass bubble
