No signal when scanning with InfiniTV 4 (1 Viewer)

I am using MediaPortal with an InfiniTV 4 that I moved from another computer with the same configuration that was working fine. I see the tuners in TV server, but either they won't scan (physical channel = 2, modulation - 8 VSB...no signal) or occasionally return channels that don't seem to be working. My card seems to be recognized. I've run out of options. Thank you.

The "ATSC digital terrestrial" tuning mode that you're using is for scanning with an antenna/aerial. I expect you're connected to a cable system, so your current results are no surprise.

I've run out of options.

Thank you. I couldn't get to these somehow--thank you for finding them for me. I have channels and tv. I have a problem with my tv guide. Mapped channels are correct, but channels in tv guide in MP are not. Should I start another thread?

I figured it out. Had "select channel by index (non-US)" checked under TV in MP config. Unchecked it and all worked great.
