No Sound : Adaptec VIDEOh! DVD Media Center PCI (1 Viewer)

Hi Mike:

I have the same trouble as you.

Video - no sound.

I also picked up an ADS Tech "Instant TV" card today - and that one just flat doesn't work (even though it's in the supported list). It'll scan and acquire channels during the setup - but doesn't display any video or output any audio.

Back to the Adaptec VideoOH! - Same problem as you - video is fine - no audio.

I'd be interested in a fix for it as well.

Well I tried the new client-server version of the TvEngine and it works fine. Seeing as this was the main reason for me moving to MediaPortal again, I happy

Did your TVengine work straight away? I am trying to get my Videoh USB (avc-2310) working and get "Cannot detect audio/video"

Im not sure what to try next.

With the non client server version I got no audio. Like loads of posts on here, but no one seems to have a fix. Can we raise this as a bug or has anyone got it working
