No sound only on three channels ???. With pinnacle 200e (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have a strange problem, with the DVB-T card pinnacle pctv 200e, i can not hear only three channels , i revieve a total amount of 24. This three channels can be seen and heard perfectly on the Pinnacle software.

Can anyone help me ???.
