Hi All,
I am a new user of Media Portal. I have a problem with recording TV. The problem appears to be random, but increasing. Sometimes when I record using the Analogue part of the Leadtek TV card, sound is not being recorded. I have searched on the forum and found a post saying that TS (Transport stream) should be used. I have been using the TS setting, but I am still seeing the problem.
I have tried to play the file using Window Media Player, but it doesn't play with sound.
Can you please help! It's getting quite frustrating.
I am in Australia, and I am tring to record FOXTEL pay TV (I have satellite FOXTEL). I have connected the FOXTEL to my leadtek PxDVR3200 H using composite video and RCA sound. I would say that 3 out of 4 recordings of FOX does not have sound.
I will attach the log files that I collected from my machine.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Luke
