Hi all,

I have a weird problem with the subs on some of my DVB-T channels. On the channels where there's just 1 language, like Discovery Channel, it shows the subtitles. Some channels have more than one language. With this channels there is no subtitle showing whatsoever. When I press info while watching these channels, I have an option to switch on/off subs and delay them. When I switch them on, the don't appear. When I recheck the setting, it again shows 'off' instead of on

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

On channels with more than one subtitle stream, you can cycle between them with "L" on the keyboard - I think there's also assigned a remote-button, but can't remember which. Do you have subtitles enabled or disabled in MP Configuration?

And are they DVB-Subtitles, or Teletext-subtitles?

Thanks for your comment. The L-key on the keyboard doesn't seem to work. The subtitles are DVB subtitles by the way, not teletext. I believe subs are enabled, because some channels just work (the ones with only 1 language).

Update: problem solved. Indeed I switched on subtitels, but only for language dutch (nld) but I had to choose dutch (dut). So there were to types of "dutch"..... Tough language ;-)
