No tuners found 1.30 beata Windows Server 2012 (1 Viewer)

Just installed MediaPortal 1.30 beta (only the TV Server portion) on Windows Server 2012. TV Tuner is a HDHomeRun (non-prime). The HDHomeRun software detects the tuners and lists the channels just fine. When I open the MediaPortal TV Config app, no TV Servers are listed. TV and Error logs are attached. I have also installed the BDA_R2_TV_Card.msi as well. Any help would be appreciated.
