I know that 2000 isn't supported, but I wanted to give it a try. I knew there will be problems, but everything else is running to my satisfaction. I get that "class not registered" error also when trying to record something in WinTV, so I think the issue is somewhere in the driver for the TVCard - I installed the ones for MCE first.
