And just as last time I see an actice stream to "bærbar" (my laptop) on server. And the "active" stream is still there even if i shut down the laptop.

This is normal. Streaming is done through RTP over UDP, so it is connectionless. The stream gets dropped after it times out (all clients stop responding for a set period of time).

You dare use Danish letters (æ) in computer names? Risky...

Just tried to change computername from bærbar -> baerbar and reinstalled RC3/restarted but still the same "connection to server lost"
But could this maybe be a x64 issue? The other clients are running win7 x86 and they work without any problems.
If I can help in any way with providing logs or anything else, please let me know.

    FINALLY :)

    It works!
All I did was disabling DHCP and changed to a static ip adress.
    But should this be necessary?

Sounds really strange to me. It is best if the IP-adress of the server does not change. The clients should not matter.

I have allways used the same ip on server. But I tried on another laptop and exactly the same happend. With DHCP I got "connection to server lost" but with static ip it ran perfect.

If something triggers DHCP to renew the IP address, the network maybe unavailable for a few seconds each time.

I set the thread status to "no bug", as it appears to be an issue with your network.

Yes maybe. But I can not see what it should be.

But the funny thing is that the tv guide and all other things works as it should. It is only when i turn on live tv there seems to be a problem with DHCP enabled.
