I've installed Media Portal 2 (the summer 20015 version), set up the TV channels OK via the shortcut, but can't find any way of watching! TV doesn't appear except in plugin settings where I can choose the number of lines on a EPG and that's all. The software says it includes everything for TV, what do I do to watch it?

Did you scroll down in home screen (watch for the right hand scroll indicator)? There you find both Settings and TV.

Yes, I have Weather, Party Music Player, Settings, Utilities, Online Videos and Playlists on the bottom and a slightly annoying ticker tape under that.

Your logs look clean, no errors. There should be a "TV" tile like in my screenshot:

Or if you change the skin to BlueVision (Settings->Appearance->Skin)

screens.jpg [DOUBLEPOST=1438022545][/DOUBLEPOST]Whoops, sorry just noticed skin on the left. If I change it from the default to Blue Vision it works!

    Thanks very much

No problem, small details have often the big impacts :)

    Hello,
i got the same problem with missing TV when using the default Skin, With the Blue Vision skin TV works. As Above i used MediaPortal 2 Server with the native plugin.
Wehn you start Mediaportal 2, you see the TV tile appear for a second and then disappear. When the Mediaportal server service is not running the TV tile stays.
It would be nice if you fix this problem, it took me three hours until i found this article.

    Best Regards Winfried Wille
