No video/audio detected for some channels (1 Viewer)

Hi
for some channels MP shows an error "unable to start timeshifting / No video/audio detected". Scanning was ok.
The log shows a tuning to "arte" which is ok.
The second tuning to "Bayerisches FS" however give this error.
Also previewing on Setup TV gives an error (preview failed:unable to start graph).
Both are on Astra and have been working with the 18584 SVN's of TVserver and MP.

i have "Bayerisches FS Nord" and "Bayerisches FS Süd" on Astra19.2°E
one is only a "this channel will start soon" still image. the other one works.
